Our Projects

PROGETTI

In the design field we can not only operate by processing traditional technical content (CAD 2D), but also by a systemic approach in line with the standards provided by the BIM – Building Information Modeling – , in order to achieve an integrated design (3D) that takes into account the multiple aspects of the building process (4D-5D).

The need to consider the infrastructures as digital models involves several key drivers such as: the analysis of the zone of influence, the evaluation of a work interference on the landscape pre-existing buildings, the interface with the other structures, the detailed analysis of the interaction between structural, architectural and plant engineering works.

This multidisciplinarity needs the data to be processed in different formats: the territory information and the plano-altimetric track are managed by GIS (Geographic Information System) platforms while the data related to structural and architectural works are processed as information modelling.

Thanks to the potential offered by laser scanner surveys with the point of clouds and the interoperability of leading software, we are able to develop a virtual construction model processes to support the traditional construction process. In addition, by adopting the methodology established in H-BIM (Heritage BIM o Reverse Engineering) we can rebuild and redesign the construction starting from the point of clouds.

The Technical-economic Feasibility prior analysis and the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment)/LCC (Life Cycle Cost) analysis are fundamental for our building process. The construction process based on the development of technical, management and economic models which are able to improve the management of all phases of the development design, administrative, constructional and maintenance.
Those analysis are made by the means of digital simulations of the entire organization process

Through the years our company has been using cutting-edge software to elaborate laser scanner surveys especially in the project of the metro Brussels (Belgium) and Zealand University Hospital of Køge (Denmark) which are the redevelopment adaptation and expansion projects of pre-existing works in reverse engineering.
The software used are:

  • Autodesk Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) Collection (AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks, Navisworks, ReCap Pro etc.);
  • Faro Scene 2019;
  • Faro As-Built 2019 for AutoCAD;
  • Faro As-Built 2019 for Revit;
  • Digicorp Civil Design 10;
  • Gedo Scan Office 2;
  • Trible TBC.
  • Faro Scene 2019;
